I made the banner, my partner made the metal plate logo. This is a fictional web design company that we had to make for a class, and this is the web site template that I came up for it. We may not use this one, I'll have to see what my partner comes up with!

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. I might not center the navigation? Maybe right align it so it aligns uniform with your logo. My only other criticism might be the metalic-y marble-y background framing the outside... dunno how clean and professional it looks.. maybe just solid black?
I only mention these things because i know you are working hard at your designs, and input from friends is always good, ne!
